Do you want to work with project administration in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects? Are you detail-oriented, structured, and thrive on creating order and clarity? Then we think this might be the right fit for you!

The Role

As a Project Administrator, you will become a central part of the project team, working in close dialogue with other project members. You will be responsible for creating structure and quality in the project's administrative processes.

Your tasks include coordinating, planning, and following up on activities within the project. This involves administering internal and external meetings, writing minutes, handling documentation, and ensuring order throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will also create and maintain routines for reporting and follow-up.

The role requires independence, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You will serve as a key link to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A high school diploma.
  • Experience working as a project administrator or relevant work experience in administration, customer contact, and project follow-up.
  • Experience working according to routines and processes.
  • Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Merits:

  • Experience working in large construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of case and document management systems.
  • University education in a relevant field.
