For spring and summer 2024, we are looking for new stars to join our team ⭐️

We have workplaces all over Gotland, from south to north and east to west. With us, you have the opportunity for flexible working hours:

🌞 Day shifts (short and long)

🌝 Night shifts

🌞🌝 24-hour shifts (80% = 7 shifts per month)

In healthcare, it is common to work every other weekend, so you should be prepared for this.

We have clients with different needs, which means that each specific workplace has different requirements for you.

For some clients, you need to have experience in nursing care 💉🩺

For other clients, no prior experience is needed; it is all about your personality.

We are looking for women and men, young and old 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️👱‍♀️👴🏼

If you have a driver's license, more opportunities open up, as a car may be needed both for work and for commuting to the workplace.

Assistans på Gotland AB

We are a small Gotland-based company belonging to Humana Assistans. You can find our office in Visby on Herkulesvägen. In our cozy office, you will find 6 employees: 4 belonging to Assistans på Gotland and 2 belonging to Humana Assistans.

We have the advantage of having our own lawyer who works 100% at our office. Her name is Ida, and she helps those who wish to apply for assistance but is also helpful to clients who already have assistance.

For us, the assistants are our greatest resource and are of enormous importance. Do you have a big heart, practical skills, and a desire to make a difference for a fellow human being? Are you good at reading what others need and can "act without being seen"? Then you might be the person we want to hire!

At Assistans på Gotland, we have a collective agreement and offer all employees paid induction, further education, and a wellness allowance.
