You now have the opportunity to become part of something new! We are launching an entirely new team at Barona's service center in Solna, Sweden, and in Fuengirola, Spain, starting in August.

You will work with varied 1st line tasks within the Service Desk, providing support to end customers and store staff via multiple channels (phone, chat, email) regarding various types of devices. This role suits both those at the beginning of their IT career and those with experience in technical support.

You will become part of an international team where some colleagues work from Fuengirola and others from Solna. For this role, it is required that you master Swedish as well as at least one additional Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish).

Internal communication within the organization takes place primarily in English, which means that good knowledge of English is also a requirement.

This role suits you if:

• You have a service-oriented approach and enjoy solving technical problems.
• You are a recent IT graduate, have experience in IT support, or simply have a strong interest in technology and IT.
• You have the ability to handle customer cases with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Previous experience is not a requirement; we provide you with a thorough introduction. What is most important to us is that you have an active and development-oriented attitude, as well as good teamwork and communication skills, both within the team and towards customers.

Working hours and salary:

The position is permanent and full-time. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00–17:00. The work begins with a comprehensive introduction in August. You can choose whether you want to work at the service center in Fuengirola or in Solna. We follow local collective agreement legislation depending on the workplace.

The salary range for this position is between 21,325 and 24,482 SEK per month, depending on experience and language skills.
