Your role

As a Customer Advisor (internal title at Axo Finans is Activation Agent), you will become part of the SE Activation team, a tight-knit team with high energy, strong team spirit, and good development opportunities. You are the first point of contact for Axo Finans customers after they have submitted a loan application via the company's digital channels. Your role is to guide them through the entire process – from application to final solution. Through advisory conversations, you help customers gain better control over their personal finances through private loans, refinancing, credit cards, and insurance solutions. You work in a goal-oriented environment where high customer satisfaction, quality, and results go hand in hand.

You will be based at Axo Group's central and modern office at Norra Stationsgatan 69 in Stockholm. Zmarta and Elskling – two other companies within the Axo Group family that work with comparison services for insurance and electricity – are also located here. This creates a dynamic and inspiring environment with broad expertise gathered under one roof.

Main responsibilities

  • Contact customers who have applied via the Axo Finans platform.
  • Guide customers through the entire application and loan process.
  • Advise on private loans, refinancing, and credit cards.
  • Help customers find solutions that can improve their personal finances.
  • Present and mediate relevant insurance solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of service and a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Work towards individual and shared goals related to quality, customer satisfaction, and results.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to the team's continued development.

Practical information:

  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
  • Location: Central and modern office at Norra Stationsgatan 69 in Stockholm. The work is performed on-site at the office every day – remote work is not offered.
  • Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period.
  • Competitive fixed monthly salary together with a monthly performance bonus upon reaching goals.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have:

  • A high school diploma. Post-secondary education in economics, sales, or similar is meritorious but not required.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • An interest in personal finance, finance, and customer advisory.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships over the phone.
  • A positive attitude and high motivation to achieve set goals.
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Ability to work structured at a high pace.
  • Desire to develop and learn new things.

Meritorious:

  • It is meritorious if you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, advisory, or work within banking, finance, or insurance, but it is not a requirement.
