About the role

As an Account Manager here, you act as a strategic partner to companies that need to strengthen their recruitment and employer brand. You own the entire business process – from identifying new potential customers to acting as a consultant, closing deals, and building long-term collaborations. Our platforms are specialized job boards that help customers reach exactly the right candidates.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and manage your own customer portfolio (new business acquisition and upselling).
• Act as a consultant and tailor campaign solutions and ad packages.
• Drive the entire sales process via phone, digital meetings, and email.
• Follow up on results with customers to ensure long-term and recurring business.
• Be responsible for your own budget and performance targets.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales within recruitment/job advertising with good results.
• Is excellent at building trust and networking.
• Thrives with significant personal responsibility and works structured with your pipeline.
• Has a strong business understanding and the ability to speak with decision-makers at different levels.
