We are looking for a Service Advisor for our client in Åkersberga!

Your tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your work will be handling both new and existing customers. As a customer receptionist, you will receive phone calls daily to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotes. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop.

The work includes using various digital systems, so it is important that you are computer literate. This is a full-time position with office hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in the automotive industry.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
• Strong verbal communication skills and ease in communicating with both customers and colleagues.

Advantageous:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
