Do you want to help build one of Sweden's fastest-growing service companies?

We are looking for a Digital Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our digital marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and drive everything from campaigns and advertising to content, social media, CRM, and web.

This is a broad and operational role for you who enjoy combining creativity, technology, and business. You are just as comfortable with new technology as you are in Meta Ads Manager, and you are driven by creating content that delivers results.

Your main areas of responsibility
You are responsible for turning strategy into concrete execution and ensuring that our digital activities maintain high quality, deliver results, and strengthen the brand.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute digital campaigns from idea to analysis.
• Be responsible for advertising on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn, as well as continuously optimizing results and budgets.
• Create photos, videos, and graphic content for social media, web, and campaigns.
• Drive and develop our social channels with a focus on engagement and reach.
• Be responsible for web, SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Set up and execute CRM activities, newsletters, and automated customer flows.
• Develop a modern and scalable content engine using AI and new working methods.
• Monitor results, identify areas for improvement, and translate insights into concrete actions.

You have experience in digital marketing, content production, and performance marketing, as well as a strong interest in new tools, AI, and data-driven optimization.
