Swedish Lorry Parts (SLP) is on an exciting digital development journey where new business systems, CRM solutions, and digital platforms are being implemented to create a modern, data-driven, and more personalized customer experience.
SLP is now looking for a Marketing Automation & Social Media Specialist who wants to take overall responsibility for developing and establishing the company's work within marketing automation.
This is not a role where you step into finished processes and established ways of working. On the contrary. Here you have the opportunity to help build structures, create smart customer journeys, and develop how the company works with automated communication moving forward. From strategy and segmentation to implementation, analysis, and optimization.
You will become part of the marketing department, which today actively works with web, social media, newsletters, and digital communication. At the same time, you will have significant individual responsibility for developing the company's work within marketing automation and creating a long-term structure that strengthens both marketing and sales.

Responsibilities
Marketing Automation (Primary Responsibility)
- Build and further develop the company's marketing automation work in Sugar CRM.
- Create and optimize automated customer journeys, lead nurturing flows, and campaigns.
- Responsible for segmentation and personalized customer communication.
- Develop email marketing and automated dispatches based on customer data and behaviors.
- Ensure structure, data quality, and efficient workflows in CRM.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign results, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with the sales organization to develop digital lead management.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency throughout the entire customer journey.
- Collaborate with web, e-commerce, and other digital platforms to create a cohesive customer experience.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan, create, and publish content in the company's social channels.
- Contribute content to the website, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
- Follow up and analyze results from digital marketing activities.
- Contribute to the development of SLP's digital presence and communication.
Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital marketing. You have likely been involved in building up, developing, or improving processes, flows, or systems previously and feel comfortable taking responsibility for an area that is still under construction.
You are driven by creating structure, developing working methods, and finding smarter solutions. At the same time, you have a strong business focus and understand how marketing can contribute to sales, customer development, and long-term business relationships.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has several years of experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably SugarCRM or similar platforms.
- Has worked with email marketing, segmentation, and automated campaigns.
- Has a good understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion optimization.
- Is accustomed to working data-driven and making decisions based on analysis and insights.
- Has experience with social media and digital communication.
- Has good system understanding and a great interest in digital tools and technical solutions.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with e-commerce, CMS platforms, or integration work between different systems is a plus.

You are self-initiating, proactive, and used to driving processes forward without needing detailed instructions or ready-made frameworks.
