We are currently looking for two individuals who wish to work as personal assistants for a woman in Växjö. We are looking for you who can work as a substitute immediately, but who also wants to work throughout the summer. With this client, you work 24-hour shifts, which means you must be able to work overnight shifts to work here.

The client is a 39-year-old woman who lives alone in an apartment in Växjö. She has a herniated disc and uses a wheelchair. Therefore, the client needs help primarily with personal care, everyday household chores, and accompanying her to various activities. You work based on the client's needs and wishes. It is important that you, as an assistant, see opportunities instead of obstacles.

Who we are looking for:

At the client's request, applicants must be women. We are looking for you who are positive, resourceful, responsible, and a good listener. It is important that you have good self-awareness and are accustomed to meeting people's varying needs. Experience from working in healthcare and social care is meritorious.

About the employment:

• Employment type: Substitute on an as-needed basis with immediate start, as well as a schedule for the entire summer. There is an opportunity to stay on as a substitute after the summer.

• Working hours: Overnight shifts, working approx. 09:30–08:00 the following day with on-call duty at night.

• Start date: Immediate. Schedule in June–August.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
