PS Finance Group is a fast-growing company within finance and collections. We value engagement, team spirit, and personal development. Right now, we are looking for a positive Customer Service Representative, titled Collection Advisor Assistant, who wants to become part of our wonderful team!

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative here, you will interact with customers daily via phone and email, answering questions about invoices, payments, and other financial matters. You will serve as a key link between our customers and case handlers, while also supporting our Collection Advisors in their work. In addition to customer contact, you will handle various administrative tasks, such as outgoing calls, mail handling, and other documentation. We offer a thorough onboarding process, and over time, you will have the opportunity to develop within the company, take on more responsibility, and specialize in different areas.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and enjoys working in a team. You have a positive attitude and like helping others. Experience is not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and the willingness to learn!

We believe you:

  • Have at least a high school education
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good English skills
  • Are detail-oriented and structured
  • Have strong communication skills and thrive in customer interactions
  • Have experience from service roles (an advantage, but not a requirement)

Who are we?

At PS Finance Group, you get more than just a job – you become part of a culture where engagement, responsibility, and community are at the forefront. We are proud to create results by being personal in everything we do and by always striving to develop, both as a company and as individuals.

We believe in collaboration and everyday well-being, which is reflected in everything from shared breakfasts and Friday coffee breaks to after-work events and wellness activities.

For those new to the workforce, this is a fantastic opportunity to get a foot in the door of the finance industry and develop within economics and collections. With a fixed salary, benefits, and a long-term career path, we offer security and stability, while giving you the chance to grow in your role.
