NOBA Bank Group consists of Nordax Bank, Svensk Hypotekspension, Bank Norwegian, and DBT Capital. We are in an exciting growth phase where we have recently gone public and are developing a more complex organizational structure. As a People Business Partner at NOBA, you will have the opportunity to work both operationally and strategically within a company driven by strong values. You will have the chance to influence the development of NOBA and, together with a fantastic team, ensure that we continue to build a world-class People function. As one of our colleagues is expanding their family🤰🏽, we are looking for you to fill this position on a temporary basis for approximately one year (we are growing rapidly, so there is a chance for extension).

We are currently around 17 full-time employees, divided into People Operations, Partnering & Tech, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent & Growth. About the role
As a People Business Partner, you are a key person within the People department but also for the business. You provide strategic and operational support to all leaders within our staff functions (Tech, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance and long-term development. You participate in or lead various development projects, always keeping the company's overarching goals in mind. Together with the team, you also ensure compliance within the People framework. Your immediate team consists of a People Business Partner in Oslo (responsible for Customer Operations), a People Operations Partner in Stockholm, and two people within People Tech. You will also collaborate closely with Learning & Development, Leadership & Growth, and Talent. You report to the Head of People Operations, Partnering & Tech, who in turn reports to the CPO.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone driven by improvement and development, and who gladly takes the initiative to lead change management. You have a natural ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, while being clear, willing to engage in tough conversations, and making decisions when the situation requires it. You are courageous, take on new challenges with an open mind, and have a strong desire to deliver high quality. At the same time, you are unpretentious and do not hesitate to ask for support when needed to achieve the best possible results.
In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in HR, behavioral science, psychology, organization, economics, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in a business- and leadership-close HR role.
- Experience with strategic responsibility where you have prioritized, initiated, and driven HR-related initiatives/projects.
- Experience in HR within a fast-growing, changing environment (e.g., PE-backed company, growth company, or similar).
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience from banking/finance, if you have worked in Workday, or if you have worked in a Nordic context.
