We are now looking for an experienced IT Recruiter for a fixed-term consulting assignment of 3 months.

About the role

As an IT Recruiter, you are responsible for driving recruitment processes from needs analysis to employment. You work closely with managers and stakeholders in the business and ensure high quality at every step – from job profiles and advertising to selection, interviews, and offers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and be responsible for the entire IT recruitment process
• Collaborate with managers to define job profiles
• Advertise, search, and attract candidates through relevant channels
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Ensure a professional candidate experience

Qualifications:

• Documented experience in IT recruitment
• Experienced in working with search and proactive candidate handling
• Good understanding of IT roles and competencies
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Personal qualities:

• Self-starting and structured
• Business-driven and solution-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple parallel processes
