About the role

In this role, you will work as a consultant on exciting assignments for both private companies and public organizations. You will be responsible for driving projects with clear business value and ensuring that the implemented solutions are actually used and create value.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects from start to finish.
• Ensure project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Collaborate with managers and employees at various levels within client organizations.
• Drive projects that contribute to efficiency and customer benefit.

Since this is a new business area within ArkivIT, you will have the opportunity to help shape this exciting new field.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated IT Project Manager within the public sector over the last 10 years.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience leading change work according to the SAFe framework.
• Relevant education from a university college, university, or higher education institution.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious:

• Experience with the implementation and migration of IT systems.
• Experience leading preliminary studies, for example, within requirements specification and investigation.
• Experience in business development in connection with IT projects.
• Experience in IT security.
