CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Summer Position)

Here, you will have the opportunity to provide professional customer service related to our rapidly growing e-commerce platform. In the customer service team, you are responsible for providing customers with high availability and flexible service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive and answer customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Handle matters regarding assortment, product range, orders, and deliveries.
• Contribute to creating positive customer experiences through an engaged and solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the team to efficiently handle customer cases and improve the customer experience.
• Work at a fast pace where quality and speed are central parts of the role.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and administration is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of any Nordic language as well as German or Dutch is meritorious.
• Have good computer and internet skills.
• Thrive in a high-paced environment and have the ability to deliver both quickly and accurately.
• Are an organized and self-driven problem solver who takes initiative.
• Are confident in yourself and contribute to a positive team spirit in the workplace.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Employment type: Fixed-term full-time position for the summer.
Start date: Immediate
Location: Our headquarters in Borås

ABOUT THE PROCESS
Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.

At the end of the recruitment process, you will need to provide a passport or national ID, and, if necessary, proof of residence permit if you hold citizenship outside the EU/EEA. This allows us as employers to verify your identity and your right to work in Sweden.
