We are currently looking for a Business Controller for an exciting consulting assignment within Payments 🚀 Do you want to work close to the business, drive analysis and development, and lead other controllers? Then this might be the right assignment for you!

The assignment starts on May 11, 2026 and runs until January 31, 2027. You will become an important part of a business where analysis, structure, and business understanding are at the center 📊

In this role, you will work with financial follow-up, analysis, and reporting, while contributing to the development of processes and working methods. You will lead and support a team of controllers and act as a key person in the dialogue with the business operations.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or Engineering/Science.
• Ability to lead a team of controllers.
• Relevant work experience, preferably as a controller within the banking and finance industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial accounting, models, and frameworks.
• Ability to explain complex analyses in a simple and pedagogical manner.
• Very good communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems, preferably Cognos.
• Experience in developing reporting and data handling.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to see the big picture.
• Engaged, proactive, and structured.
• Good teamwork skills and team spirit 🤝
• Ability to work towards deadlines and deliver with high quality.
