About the role
As a Senior P&C Manager, you have a key role in driving HR work in the Swedish operations, in close collaboration with a Nordic HR team. You will also collaborate closely with Nordic managers who have employees in Sweden. The role involves broad responsibility where you both support the business on a daily basis and contribute to developing more long-term working methods and structures, both locally and in the rest of the Nordics.

You function as a qualified support to managers and work close to the business in matters concerning organization, leadership, and employee issues. At the same time, you are expected to contribute to strengthening P&C's role as a business-close partner by driving initiatives and developing working methods that meet the business's needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being a strategic and operational support to managers in matters related to organization, competence, and succession.
  • Contributing to the development of leadership, culture, and the team's ability to perform and collaborate.
  • Supporting the recruitment of selected key roles in close collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Handling and supporting labor law issues as well as more complex personnel cases.
  • Working with analysis and follow-up to identify needs and translate insights into concrete actions.
  • Participating in and further developing central HR processes, such as Performance Management, workforce planning, and employee follow-up.

About you
We are looking for you who are a senior HR profile and who are confident in your competence, have a good understanding of the business, and are used to working close to the business. At the same time, you have the ability to both set direction and translate it into concrete results. You have likely been involved in building an HR/P&C function before and you naturally use AI as a part of your working method.

You bring:

  • At least 10–15 years of experience within HR.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish labor law.
  • Experience from growth companies, change work, or more complex organizations.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in a Nordic context is considered an asset.
