At Nytida Månstenen, we are now looking for summer substitutes for our group and service housing in Trehörna (Urshult) and Ryd.

Great to have you here! We believe you enjoy meeting people and are interested in understanding what lies behind different behaviors. You likely find new ways to resolve situations. Things usually work out because you are confident, curious, receptive, and present. If this sounds like you, maybe you want to work with us this summer?

What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various needs for support and care. This involves supporting adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for you who want to get to know, understand, and be part of another person's life.

About Nytida Månstenen

Within Nytida Månstenen in Trehörna and Ryd, there are 13 housing units for people with decisions on housing with special services under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). The area also includes day activities. Our housing units are located close to nature but are also near community services such as public transport, grocery stores, and restaurants. You have a manager or coordinator close to you who spends part of their time working in the operations.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us:

• Are attracted to a varied job that requires extensive knowledge of care and support, and enjoy meeting people in different situations.
• Are a creative person who dares to think for themselves and take responsibility.
• Enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We would prefer that you are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) or that you have studied the Child and Youth program and have worked a few years in care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
