We are currently looking primarily for Recruitment Specialists with experience in IT/Tech, Industry & Construction, as well as within the Pharmaceutical Industry and Healthcare.

The employment type is a project-based contract that matches a specific client assignment. Our salary model is completely transparent and highly attractive.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in defining and optimizing our clients' recruitment processes.
• Actively help clients attract the right talent to enable their continuous growth.
• Work hand-in-hand with various decision-makers at the client site to support and coach them through challenging recruitment and selection processes.
• Take full ownership of driving and executing recruitment processes from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Title of Senior Recruiter or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of recruitment experience within one of the mentioned industries (IT/Tech, Industry & Construction, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare).
• Strong technical understanding and proficiency in using various recruitment tools and candidate databases.
• Proven experience with proactive sourcing methodologies to fill hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to continuously learn new things.
• Ability to write and produce engaging job ads and texts in a recruitment context.
