Are you a meticulous and structured finance assistant looking to work in an exciting and technically advanced environment? We are currently recruiting finance assistants for upcoming assignments with our client in Linköping.

At our client's company, you will work within a large organization where finance plays a crucial role in creating structure, quality, and control in the daily operations. You will support the finance department in its daily work and contribute to efficient and accurate financial management.

Depending on the nature of the role, tasks and responsibilities may vary. What these roles have in common is that, as a finance assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring correct financial flows, providing administrative support to the business, and contributing to well-functioning financial processes.

Common tasks may include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and coding.
• Processing supplier and customer invoices.
• Reconciliation of accounts and receivables/payables.
• Payment processing and invoicing.
• Administration of expense reports and petty cash.
• Preparations for year-end closing and reporting.
• Ongoing contact with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters.
• Working in financial systems, ERP systems, and other administrative systems.
• Other administrative tasks related to financial flows.

Additional Information: The position requires you to undergo and pass security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where our client requires security classification, citizenship requirements may apply in certain cases.

Qualifications for Success

• You have post-secondary education in economics, finance, or a related field.
• You have previous experience working as a finance assistant, accounting assistant, or in a similar administrative finance role.
• You have a good understanding of ongoing bookkeeping, coding, invoice processing, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations.
• You have good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with Unit4/Agresso is considered a merit.
• You have excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
