We are looking for a summer substitute for a young 34-year-old woman who has her own residence adjacent to her parents' home in the countryside outside Uppsala.

You will be working in a beautifully scenic environment as part of a team of several assistants, ensuring the best possible conditions for a good working environment.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

We are looking for someone who finds this work rewarding and stimulating. The role requires sensitivity, respect, and patience. We are seeking someone who can assist her with daily life at home and accompany her to activities she enjoys. As a person, we prefer you to be straightforward in your communication, flexible, proactive, and a good team player.

We prefer female applicants as this is most comfortable for our client. Skills such as playing a musical instrument or cooking good meals are a plus. However, personality fit is more important than prior knowledge. You will receive individualized training and introduction regarding the client's needs and routines.

A valid driver's license and a car are required for commuting to work, as well as good physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Personal assistant experience or similar work experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 3 years of upper secondary education.

Working Hours/Employment Level

• Summer substitute position, with the possibility of continued extra employment after the summer if needed.
• The work is scheduled for evenings and weekends, as the client attends day activities during the day.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary according to the Fremia Collective Agreement.
