Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer with a focus on AML at 75% for a fixed-term consultancy assignment within the banking and finance sector.

You will work in the role of Compliance Officer AML within a central compliance function. The function is responsible for continuously ensuring that the business and its subsidiaries meet their obligations under regulations regarding money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions.

In this role, you will:

• Perform reviews and monitoring within the AML area
• Assist the function manager in preparing reports and communicating with the CEO, management, and board
• Provide advice and support on regulatory compliance issues
• Contribute to planned audits in both the parent company and subsidiaries, with a special focus on execution

Assignment scope: Full-time, 100% Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Work model: 100% onsite. Start: Immediately. End: 2026-07-10, with possibility of extension. To be successful in this role, you need

• A law degree or business law degree
• At least 3 years of experience from a legal or compliance function, or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with excellent ability to formulate texts
• Demonstrate high integrity and inspire trust in your professional role
