At Adela LSS, we are currently seeking residential support workers for hourly and summer temporary positions, with the possibility of permanent employment based on future needs.

In our group homes, we house adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. These individuals require clear routines, structure, and a pedagogical approach to care. We work according to methodological support guidelines and apply a low-affective working method.

Your role involves supporting residents in their daily lives, encompassing all aspects of this responsibility. The job also includes standard household chores and documentation. You will work according to a schedule with varying hours, including mornings, days, evenings, sleeping on-call shifts, every other weekend, and public holidays.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who can empathize with and understand the life situation of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.

Experience with this target group is an advantage. We value candidates who have good collaboration skills, are curious, and take responsibility for their tasks. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Proficiency in documentation is required, as is good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
