We offer a developmental job where you make a difference! The position is 80–100 %, depending on your preference. You will work days, evenings, and weekends.

About Mandolinen
Mandolinen is a group home with three places for individuals with autism and/or mild intellectual disability. The group home is located in Urshult, Tingsryd Municipality, with close proximity to nature, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. Seven residential support workers and one group leader work in the facility.

About the role
As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you work towards making everyday life meaningful and rich in content. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. A key part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the residents to develop their abilities. Your duties also include documentation and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

You have a group leader nearby who spends part of their time working in the facility.

Your experience and knowledge
The ideal candidate has a high school education in care and nursing or equivalent. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. Experience working with our target group is an advantage. However, your CV is not the most important factor. If you have the right personality traits, we will provide support and opportunities for you to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You thrive in a team, support your colleagues, and always have the best interests of our users as your starting point in everything you do. You respect your working hours and have patience and the ability to remain calm even in stressful and challenging situations.

Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
Salary: Individual salary setting
Start date: 2026-08-15 or as agreed
