We are now looking for two family law attorneys/estate executors – one permanent position and one fixed-term contract – at our headquarters in central Stockholm. This is the role for you if you are passionate about succession law and want to contribute to developing the legal function in a personal and collegial work environment.

Your responsibilities

In the role of family law attorney or estate executor with us, you will work with varied cases within family law and inheritance law. Among other things, you will work on preparing estate inventories, property settlements, inheritance divisions, as well as estate administration and wills. You will also prepare gift deeds, cohabitation agreements, powers of attorney for the future, and other documents requested by our clients. The role also involves providing ongoing advice on family law matters, and you will have close and continuous contact with the firm's clients.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in estate administration and/or hold a law degree and have worked for at least one year with family law issues.

As a person, you are empathetic with excellent communication skills. You are responsible, ambitious, and have a strong service orientation. Furthermore, you have a natural aptitude for building good relationships. You enjoy meeting people in different life situations and are trustworthy, unpretentious, and meticulous. We value drive and engagement. To succeed in the role, you need to have good verbal and written expression skills in both Swedish and English.
