To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience working independently with your own client responsibility within ongoing payroll management, accounting, and annual accounts preparation – preferably from an accounting or bookkeeping firm. About the Role:

The position is a full-time role (100%) distributed with 50% in payroll administration and 50% in accounting. Your main tasks will include:

• Payroll administration, including vacation calculations and commission calculations.
• Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and handling of customer and supplier ledgers.
• VAT and tax declarations, as well as reporting to authorities.
• Preparation for annual accounts and support to senior colleagues in more advanced tasks.
• Analyzing client needs and contributing with solutions.
• Advisory services within accounting and financial management.
• Building strong and trusting client relationships.
• Participating in internal improvement projects and the development of efficient, digital working methods.

You will have direct contact with clients and have the opportunity to grow in your role as you develop.

We are looking for you who:

• Have post-secondary education within payroll, economics, or accounting.
• Have at least 5 years of experience as a payroll and accounting consultant, preferably from a firm.
• Have good experience with payroll administration, including handling various collective agreements.
• Have experience with foreign payrolls (especially EU/Spain).
• Are meticulous, structured, have a high work ethic, and deliver on time.
• Thrive in a digital and development-oriented work environment.
• Have good communicative skills in Swedish (both spoken and written).
• Are proficient in Fortnox, Björn Lunden, and Visma Lön 600.
• Are a natural problem solver – analytical, curious, and self-starting.
