As a Customer Advisor within corporate services, you will become an integral part of a team that daily meets with small and medium-sized business customers regarding their ongoing financial matters. You will work in spontaneous customer interactions where the focus is on providing professional service via telephone and digital channels, while contributing to long-term and sustainable customer relationships. We are looking for someone available to start immediately.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting business customers with their daily banking and service matters via telephone and digital channels
• Creating a positive customer experience through a professional, efficient, and solution-oriented approach
• Working in a business-like manner to contribute to satisfied customers and profitable relationships
• Being proactive in customer dialogue and identifying needs where you can guide or refer further
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and sharing knowledge to achieve team goals together

You will become part of an engaged team where responsibility, knowledge sharing, and a strong customer focus are at the center. The assignment is time-limited with a planned start at the beginning of the year and lasts approximately one year. Working hours are within office hours with some flexibility.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Upper secondary education as a minimum requirement
• Good communication skills and a natural sense for service
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• A business-like approach and interest in business customers

Merits include:

• Post-secondary education in economics, finance, or a similar field
• Experience in customer service, advisory roles, or work within banking/financial services
• Experience from working with business customers

As a person, you are solution-oriented and structured, which helps you handle multiple cases in parallel without compromising on quality. You are also open to development and see feedback and new challenges as a natural part of your professional journey.
