We are now looking for an HR Director for our Logistics business area and our central support functions who wants to drive change and strengthen operations through HR support that creates real impact in the organization both in the short and long term. You, us, and the job
As HR Director for the Logistics & Support Functions business areas, you lead a team of HR Business Partners and have a central role in driving HR work at all levels. You collaborate closely with managers, are part of the HR Leadership Group within PostNord Sweden and the Logistics Leadership Group, and report to the HR Director. You operate at the intersection of strategy and operational execution, focusing on strengthening organization, culture, and performance. In addition to your HR Business Partners team, you continuously collaborate with other specialist functions within HR. As HR Director, you will join a fantastic organization with several ongoing change projects where HR plays a central and important role in our success in reaching our strategic business goals. Your main task will be to ensure that we can translate HR strategies into practice, securing that Logistics and Support Functions have a solid People Plan ready to meet future demands, both from the market and employees.
What you will do
- Lead and coach your team of HR Business Partners within Logistics and Support Functions (4 FTEs) and develop them to jointly create a high-performing team with business-aligned goals
- Develop our Capability Planning to ensure long-term competence supply, staffing, and leadership capabilities aligned with the business direction
- Act as HRBP to the Logistics Business Area Manager, coaching and advising within the entire People area
- Support managers and leadership groups in HR matters, People Planning, and change management
- Implement and follow up on HR strategies, processes, and tools
- Ensure compliance with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines
- Drive and participate in negotiations with trade union partners
- Ensure compliance and business value in all HR processes and drive cross-functional projects throughout PostNord Sweden

What you bring with you
- An academic degree in HR (Personnel Administration, Behavioral Science, Psychology), Management, or equivalent educational focus.
- Approx. 10 years of experience in qualified HR work, including personnel responsibility.
- Previous experience working in larger production operations, manufacturing industry, personnel-intensive environments, or the logistics industry is highly meritorious.
- Previous experience in change management within HR during structural changes, preferably in environments with a growth focus.
- Previous experience in collective bargaining.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in Office 365 at a high level, with a genuine interest in IT and AI solutions.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
