We are looking for you with analytical skills and a good understanding of economic relationships in projects.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a project economist who wants to take a central role in managing and developing the economy of our project operations. Here, you are not just a monitoring function but an active business support to the project manager.

You work closely with the operations and are responsible for creating clarity in figures, forecasts, and economic decisions. This means you analyze the development of projects, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure that we have the right basis for making business decisions in good time.

The role also includes responsibility for payroll data and support in payroll processes, which gives you a broad understanding of both the economics of the projects and the operational activities.

You are a person who thrives in the borderland between economics and operations. You are not satisfied with just reporting figures; you want to understand what drives them and influence the outcome.

You have a natural ability to create structure, see connections, and communicate insights in a way that actually makes a difference in the organization. At the same time, you are confident working independently and taking responsibility for your deliverables.

If you also have experience from contracting or industrial projects, you will quickly be able to contribute value.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in economics or equivalent experience
• Experience in project economics, project accounting, or economic follow-up
• Experience in payroll management and payroll processes
• Very good system proficiency (Excel + accounting systems)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
