Noblaskolan Nya Hovås (Grades 6–9) is currently seeking a driven and engaged teacher in Physical Education and Health with the necessary qualifications for grades 6–9.

At Noblaskolan Nya Hovås, our PE teachers are passionate about developing the subject. Peer learning is deeply rooted across all subject departments at our school. We work in a structured manner and excel at challenging and meeting the needs of all our students.

Here, you will have the opportunity to develop, be challenged, and become part of an engaged and competent team. The Grades 6–9 unit consists of four parallel classes with 16 classes in total, approximately 480 students, and over 40 staff members.

Job Details

This is a permanent, full-time position starting on August 11, 2026. It is a dedicated PE teaching role that includes mentorship responsibilities for one class.

• You hold a teacher’s degree for older students or have qualifications for grades 4–9/6–9.

• You demonstrate commitment and create good conditions for teamwork and teaching.
• You work in a structured manner with the student at the center.
• You can track student progress and communicate this clearly with colleagues and the students' families.

Noblaskolan Nya Hovås is a free school located in the heart of the new Nya Hovås district, just south of Gothenburg. We started in 2012 and have since built an attractive environment for both students and employees. The school consists of three units: preschool, grades F–5, and grades 6–9.
