About the Role
As a Customer Care Guide at Trek, you will become a central part of the customer service function and a vital link between retailers, the sales organization, and technical support.
The role involves handling incoming inquiries with a focus on orders, deliveries, and customer dialogue via phone and email. The role combines customer contact with administration and suits you if you thrive in a varied pace where structure and attention to detail are crucial.
A large part of the work is linked to order management, where you are responsible for following up, adjusting, and ensuring that orders are handled correctly throughout the entire flow. You also support retailers in the TREK B2B portal and guide them to the right information.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and CRM.
- Work with order management, including adjustments, updates, and follow-ups.
- Answer questions regarding deliveries, stock status, and product availability.
- Guide retailers in the TREK B2B portal.
- Handle simpler product and assortment questions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and technical support.
We are looking for you
You thrive in a role with a high pace and varied tasks, where both customer dialogue and administration are a natural part of everyday life. You have good system proficiency and feel comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously. With a structured and meticulous work approach, you have the ability to create order and prioritize, even when the pace is high.
You are communicative and enjoy interacting with customers via both phone and email. As a person, you are self-reliant, responsible, and solution-oriented, with a drive to take initiative and get things done. You contribute a positive attitude and energy to the team, and thrive in an environment where collaboration is a key part of success.
Experience in service and customer contact is meritorious, as is experience working in business systems and Microsoft Office 365. Knowledge of Nordic languages, especially Finnish, is a big plus, as is an interest in cycling or sports.
