On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an experienced economic consultant with experience from the real estate sector. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start immediately and continue until autumn.

About the assignment The assignment is with an established player in property management. The organization is characterized by a high pace, close collaboration, and a strong focus on quality in delivery. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients where you act as a contact person and advisor. The role involves overall responsibility for economic follow-up and ongoing accounting.

Responsibilities include among other things:

• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• Reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency
• Work with taxes and income declarations
• Customer contact, support, and economic advice
• Follow-up of customers' financial situation

Other details: Start: Immediately. End: Sep-Oct 2026. Scope: Full-time (possibility of 75% exists). Location: Stockholm, Bromma, with the possibility of 1–2 days of remote work per week.

About you We are looking for you who has:

• Several years of experience as an accountant.
• Experience in property economics and familiarity working with housing cooperatives.
• Good knowledge of the accounting frameworks K2 and K3.

Personal qualities:

• Self-driven and confident in your role.
• Unpretentious and solution-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
