Aktiv Planering is an accounting agency located north of Stockholm. With their expertise in the field, they have helped companies grow since their inception in 1983 by offering accounting, payroll administration, tax planning, and financial statements. The clients are small to medium-sized companies in various industries, ranging from healthcare and care to production. The company has a good atmosphere in an environment where they care for each other and help one another. They now need reinforcement and are looking for another employee. This is a position for you who are looking for a long-term role in a secure and family-like work environment.

Responsibilities

As an accounting consultant, you have overall responsibility for your own clients and assignments. You work closely with the clients and drive the delivery through the entire process, from start-up and ongoing accounting to financial statements and tax returns. The role involves independent work where you plan and structure your assignments, while having close access to colleagues for collaboration and support in daily work. The work includes ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, as well as monthly and annual financial statements according to K2 and K3 with associated tax returns. Depending on experience, payroll management may occur for some clients. You primarily work with small and medium-sized limited liability companies in various industries, which provides variation in both assignments and client dialogue. This is a senior role where you are accustomed to taking full responsibility for the entire delivery and ensuring quality at every stage.

Responsibilities include among other things:

  • Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Monthly and annual financial statements and tax returns
  • Ongoing dialogue and advice regarding economy and delivery
  • Management of accounts receivable/payable and invoicing

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Economics education, upper secondary level or university college level
  • At least 3 years of work experience in accounting
  • Good experience of independent work with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Basic experience of tax and return-related work in connection with financial statements
  • You express yourself well in speech and writing, both in English and Swedish

We consider it meritorious if you also have:

  • Experience working with payroll
  • Experience with income tax returns, for example for limited liability companies, private individuals, or sole proprietorships
  • Work experience from an accounting agency

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and values good collaboration in an open climate. Since you are responsible for your own assignments, we see that you are self-motivated, responsible, and meticulous. You are used to handling many different assignments in parallel, which means you are efficient and used to prioritizing. Since the work involves daily contact with clients and colleagues, we place great importance on you having a good sense of service and a positive attitude.
