As a Management Coordinator, you will hold a central position in an environment where structure, judgment, and a holistic perspective are crucial. You will contribute with quality, support, and long-term sustainability to both Fremia's democratic organization and internal decision-making processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a broad, senior, and trust-based role with a clear focus on management support and board work in a member-governed organization, where the Annual General Meeting is the highest decision-making body. The role has a more business partner-like setup than the character of a traditional administrative assistant role.
The Management Coordinator works closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, Management, and Board with a clear mandate: to create structure, quality, foresight, and functioning flows – so that decision-making, board, and management work can be conducted efficiently, digitally, clearly, and sustainably.
The role is varied and combines qualified, analytical work with more practical and coordinating tasks. The focus is on supporting and holding together the board and management support, including planning, meeting structure, documentation, follow-up, and digital information management. You have a coordinating function between the CEO, Board, Management, and the organization, contributing to decisions being made and implemented.
The role of Management Coordinator is new at Fremia, and you will report to our Chief of Staff and be part of a team with five colleagues within operational support.
In a flat hierarchy where everyone contributes where needed, flexibility, a service mindset, and a holistic perspective are crucial for success in the role.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is confident in boardrooms and formal contexts and has a good understanding of how governance, decision-making processes, and stakeholder dynamics work within non-profit organizations, authorities, or business life. You are independent, analytically minded, and confident in making decisions within your mandate, while also having well-developed judgment for when issues need to be anchored.
You have a structured and meticulous working method, stay ahead of the curve, and are accustomed to handling confidential information with high integrity. Proactivity, foresight, and the ability to "look around the corner" are natural parts of how you work.
The role requires high digital competence and curiosity about digital development, combined with a good sense for service. You are comfortable in Microsoft Teams and work unencumbered with digital document structures, meetings, and collaborations. You have excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a post-secondary education in some form.
