Job Description

A national public organization is looking for an investigator to lead and drive an investigation aimed at identifying the needs and measures required for regions to apply changed age limits for guardians and children regarding access to medical record information and digital healthcare services.

The investigator will have contact with each region, both individually and in groups, to identify, for example, what measures are required in their medical record systems. The assignment also includes close collaboration with a national development initiative regarding residents' permissions and representatives, as well as with internal system and service specialists, to identify necessary activities at the national level.

The investigation is a continuation of a previous assignment that produced proposals regarding changed age limits for residents' access to, for example, medical record and booking services. The purpose of the assignment is to ensure that the introduction of new age limits proceeds through prioritization and planning of the most important measures that the regions and the national organization need to implement.

Requirements for the role:

The investigator shall:

• establish contact and identify each region's needs and measures required in medical record systems to enable changed age limits according to plan
• be responsible for communication efforts to the regions as well as other affected parties
• continuously collaborate with the national development project and report status regarding age limits, as well as hold dialogue on technical development needs in national systems
• create a schedule and prioritization for the introduction of age limits, including activities for both regions and the national system owner (e.g., technical development, communication, and supplier dialogues)
• drive the implementation according to the established plan, including coordination of changes in the regions and national system development
• be responsible for standard investigation activities such as planning, coordination, structuring, follow-up, and reporting

Consultant Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience in investigation work and analysis related to systems within healthcare
• documented knowledge of data volumes in medical record systems
• documented experience in change management and communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• overall technical understanding of systems within healthcare

The consultant must also have experience with similar assignments and be able to present a relevant reference assignment from the last five years, where work with analysis and investigation within healthcare systems was included. The assignment must have been carried out by the offered consultant and lasted at least three months (ongoing assignments are accepted).
