Do you want to make a difference every day and help customers in a safe and professional manner? As a customer service representative for our client, you guide customers, handle cases, book remediation measures, and serve in an advisory role.

About the role

As a customer service representative for our client, you are responsible for incoming customer inquiries via phone within the pest control industry. The role is advisory and service-oriented, where you guide customers, register cases in the system, book remediation measures, and provide advice on pest identification. The work involves 100% incoming calls via phone and may experience periods of higher pressure requiring a faster pace.

The role requires focus, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. The position is located at the office in Uddevalla and involves close collaboration with colleagues in the team. The position is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting from the end of May to September.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a completed post-secondary education
  • Are available for full-time work throughout the period from the end of May to September
  • Have good computer and system proficiency
  • Speak fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
  • Pass a background check

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience from previous service roles, advisory positions, or similar industries.
  • Additional languages besides Swedish and English
