Do you want to work in a role where service, communication, and problem-solving are at the forefront? We are now looking for more customer service representatives to join our team in Gothenburg, where you will handle customer service for a world-leading Swedish furniture company.
This is a full-time position (100%).
💬 About the RoleIn this role, you will handle incoming customer contacts and assist customers with questions related to products, orders, and deliveries, such as:
🛋️ Questions about products and range
🧾 Orders, changes, and order status
🚛 Deliveries and delivery-related inquiries
🔄 Complaints and service cases
💬 General customer support and guidance
You will identify the customer's needs and guide them to a solution in a clear, engaging, and service-oriented manner.

⏰ Working HoursMonday–Friday: 08:00–19:00
Saturday–Sunday: 09:30–18:00
(Work is scheduled within our opening hours, e.g., 08:00–17:00)
💙 What We Offer You💵 Starting salary for the position is approximately 21,000 SEK per month, excluding any shift allowances
