About the Role

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities

As a Junior Business Analyst, you work at the intersection of business and IT. You capture business needs from the operations and translate them into clear requirements and functionality in the systems. The work is carried out in close dialogue with clients, key stakeholders, and internal as well as external development teams.

You are responsible for requirements management, testing, and documenting development, as well as following up to ensure deliveries meet both business needs and set goals. The role also involves supporting the business with development requests, incidents, and system-related questions. An important part of the job is to follow up and analyze relevant metrics and statistics and use these insights to further develop products and solutions.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Identify and translate business needs into requirements and system functionality
• Manage requirements, test, and document development in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and drive solution proposals together with internal and/or external development teams
• Support the business with development requests, incidents, and questions
• Follow up and analyze metrics and statistics to further develop products and solutions

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in fields such as systems science, IT, economics, or equivalent work experience
• Good technical understanding and a clear technical interest
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Merits:

• Experience with requirements management, testing, or work close to system development
• Experience working with or against CRM systems
• Experience with requirements/development processes and agile working methods
• Experience with accounts receivable management or related business systems
