We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Accounting Assistant to join our accounting team on Kungsholmen. Welcome to a workplace characterized by engagement, knowledge, and care!

About the position

The Finance Department currently consists of four controllers, an accounting unit (accounting manager and four employees), and two procurement managers. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a central role, together with your colleagues, in driving, supporting, and ensuring the quality of financial work. You are expected to contribute to the Finance Department's development and improvement work. Success in this role requires close collaboration with operations, the Finance Department, and support functions. The position is a part-time employment at 80% with a six-month probation period. Start date according to agreement.

Main responsibilities

• Continuously administer the foundation's supplier invoices in the Rillion system, from incoming invoices to coding support, approval workflows, and payments.
• Support and train operational users in the daily work with supplier invoices.
• Contribute to and work towards increased automation in invoice handling.
• Keep up to date with system development and new digital opportunities, including the use of AI.
• Perform other common accounting tasks as needed, in close collaboration with colleagues, by broadening your competence and supporting both accounts receivable and other tasks.

Are you our new colleague?

We are looking for you who have:

• Post-secondary education within accounting.
• Several years of documented experience working with the entire chain in accounts payable.
• Good system proficiency in supplier and financial systems. Experience working with the invoice management system Rillion and the financial system Jeeves is meritorious.
• Good basic understanding of accounting.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
