Your role:

Working as an accounting consultant at Aspia means you will help develop our clients' businesses, while you yourself develop and are challenged together with your colleagues in everyday life. In the role of junior accounting consultant at Aspia, you have a varied and independent job, where you work on different assignments for our clients.

We always work in teams on our assignments, and you will therefore have close collaboration with your colleagues. Together, we ensure high-quality delivery to the client and provide input and feedback to each other based on respective roles. The work primarily takes place in our own office but may also take place at the client's premises.

As a junior accounting consultant, your tasks will primarily consist of:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Monthly reconciliations
• Reporting to the client

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying/have studied economics at a university, college, or university college and will graduate by September 2026 at the latest.
• We would like you to meet the theoretical knowledge requirements to become an authorized accounting consultant upon graduation (for information, read more at far.se).
• Furthermore, we also expect you to be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, and have good knowledge of English.

For you to thrive and develop in the role of accounting consultant with us, we believe you are a driven person who enjoys a relationship-building role where customer care, advisory services, and service are in focus. You enjoy meeting with clients, are good at establishing trusting relationships, and possess good communication skills.

Since we work in teams, we think it is good if you enjoy working closely with your colleagues and have the ability to collaborate with others. Furthermore, we also see that you adapt easily to new situations and have the ability to work in parallel with several tasks.

• The position is full-time with a start date in September 2026. We apply a six-month probationary period.
