Demand for our legal services is growing, and we are now looking for a lawyer with good experience in economic family law for our office in Enköping. Here you will combine independent client responsibility with the security of an experienced legal team.

At our office in Enköping, a lawyer works today who will be your closest colleague. At the same time, you are part of Fyrklövern's legal group of ten lawyers in several locations, which gives you both close local cooperation and a broad network of knowledgeable colleagues to bounce questions off and develop together with.

You will primarily work with inheritance law and will support and guide people through some of life's most important events and decisions.

Who are you?

You who apply have an academic degree in law and at least three years of experience working independently as a practicing lawyer in economic family law. Experience from a law firm or attorney's office is seen as particularly valuable as the role involves own client responsibility, business acumen, and qualified advice to our customers.

The focus of the role will be on estate inventories and inheritance settlements. We are therefore looking for you who has good experience in the area and who enjoys this type of assignment and wants to continue developing in the area. You will also help customers with wills, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and powers of attorney within economic family law. For those with interest and experience, there may also be an opportunity to work to some extent with generational and ownership transfers, especially within forestry and agriculture.

You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your client relationships and feel secure in the advisory role. You have an easy time building trust, communicating clearly, and collaborating with both customers and colleagues. Representing Fyrklövern at customer meetings, networking events, and other activities is seen by you as a natural part of the assignment. You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing because the work involves qualified advice and drawing up legal documents. We view positively that you are curious about digital working methods and use modern technical aids, including AI-based tools, to work efficiently and qualitatively. You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office programs.

A B-driving license is a requirement as the position involves travel to customers, other offices, and partners.
