About the role

We are currently looking for an administrator for Arentos customer support at a car dealership in Uppsala. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers. You will become an important part of the daily workflow, answering questions, guiding customers, and ensuring that cases are handled quickly and correctly.

The assignment starts in week 29 and is initially on a consultancy basis for 2–3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months. During the assignment, you will be employed as one of Poolia's valued consultants. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a role with frequent customer contact via phone. You have positive energy and a professional demeanor, even in situations where customers call with urgent matters.

You are confident working independently and have a knack for organizing and prioritizing in your daily routine.

Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative work

  • Good experience with customer contact and support via phone

  • Service-oriented with a clear and informative communication style

  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously

  • Good computer skills and system understanding

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Merits
  • Experience with invoice processing

  • Previous work in customer support, the automotive industry, or similar operations

  • Experience in simple sales or advisory roles in customer dialogues

  • Experience working at a high pace during periods of varying workload
