Talent Sourcer in Interim – Build Relationships, Find the Right Consultants and Drive the Business Forward

We are now looking for a Talent Sourcer for a twelve-month fixed-term contract based at ValueOne's office in Uppsala. The position will be filled in September, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for permanent employment after the contract ends. The role suits you if you want to work operationally with candidate identification and search in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our customers, consulting managers, and recruitment managers to identify, attract, and match the right interim consultants to assignments within supply chain, procurement, and logistics.

This is a role for you who likes to stay ahead, make contact with strong profiles on the market, and quickly understand what is required to find the right person for the right assignment. You will become an important part of our delivery and play a central role in building and developing our network of qualified consultants.

About the Role

As a Talent Sourcer at ValueOne, you primarily work with search and candidate dialogue related to interim solutions. The assignments are often business-critical, the pace is high, and the requirements for accuracy are significant.

You will work on mapping the market, identifying relevant profiles, making contact with consultants, and assessing the match against current customer needs. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in recruitment and consulting operations, where you contribute to ensuring both quality and speed in the delivery.

This is a business-oriented and outward-facing position where your ability to source, engage, and build relationships with the right people will make a real difference.

Main Responsibilities

• Source and identify relevant interim consultants within procurement, logistics, and supply chain
• Work proactively with search via LinkedIn, databases, networks, and other channels
• Make initial contact with candidates and consultants to spark interest and create dialogue
• Qualify profiles based on customer needs, requirement profiles, and the nature of the assignment
• Contribute with market insights regarding candidate landscape, availability, and competition
• Build and develop long-term relationships with consultants in our network
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in ongoing placements and deliveries
• Document, structure, and keep candidate flow updated in our systems

You do not need to come from the exact same industry, but you should have experience in search, sourcing, recruitment, staffing, or consulting operations. Experience in specialist roles or qualified white-collar roles is a plus.

To Succeed in the Role, We Would Like You to Have

• Relevant academic education in areas such as HR, behavioral science, economics, service management, or other related fields
• Experience in sourcing, search, recruitment, or consulting placement
• Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter or similar search tools
• Ability to quickly grasp requirement profiles and translate them into accurate search
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• A structured work approach and ability to handle multiple processes in parallel
• Interest in people, business, and the talent market
• It is an advantage if you have experience from interim, staffing, or search within specialist and executive roles.
