Job Description

The resource will work with initiating, driving, and leading business development projects or assignments within the agency. The resource may drive several assignments in parallel. The assignments will vary in size, complexity, and time. All assignments focus on business development.

The assignment includes the following tasks:

• Develop project/assignment plans, schedules, estimate resources, plan the work, etc., to ensure the project can be driven according to the assignment.
• Ensure that the project/assignment is delivered according to the agreed plan and scope.
• Develop decision support materials according to the agency's project management model.
• Develop, present, and discuss project or assignment updates with effect owners and other stakeholders.
• Focus on effect and needs for the effect owner as well as the different target groups.
• Identify and implement change management activities within the project/assignment.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of documented experience, within the last eight-year period, of driving business development projects in the role of project manager.
2. At least 3 years of documented experience working with the PPS project management model.
3. At least 5 years of documented experience driving, as a project manager, varying projects, both in simultaneous number and complexity, within the last eight-year period.
4. At least 5 years of documented experience creating and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic and changing environment.
5. At least 3 years of documented experience planning and driving workshops.
6. Documented experience of having conducted at least two preliminary studies within the business development area, within the last eight-year period.

Meritorious:

1. At least 3 years of documented experience working with agile methods.
2. At least 3 years of documented experience working with change management within assignments/projects.
3. At least 12 months of documented experience working within state-controlled operations.
4. Conducted at least 2 public procurements within municipal or state-controlled operations.
