Your new role
We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager for an exciting role with a client in the energy sector. This role is perfect for you if you have deep knowledge of project management and thrive at the intersection of finance, process development, and change management.
As a Finance Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, and monitoring complex projects within the finance area. You ensure that projects are delivered according to set goals, timelines, budgets, and expected benefits, in line with the organization's guidelines.
You play a key role in creating structure, engagement, and a good collaborative climate within the project team, while driving innovation, digital development, and change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive projects within Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) across multiple business units and geographies
- Drive initiatives in process improvement, automation, and digitalization
- Support leadership in finance shared services regarding strategic planning, structure, and follow-up
- Lead and coordinate work using the OKR framework (Objectives & Key Results)
- Responsible for change management and communication internally and externally
- Contribute to the development of related processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and intercompany processes
- Coach and support process experts in their project work and implementation

Key Details
Scope of assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office in Solna.
Start date: According to agreement
End date: 2026-12-31, with possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you need
- An academic degree in economics, finance, or a corresponding field
- At least 5 years of documented experience leading complex end-to-end projects within Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)
- Deep understanding of the entire P2P process as well as experience with project governance models
- Experience with both agile and traditional project methodologies
- Proven track record in driving change management and communication initiatives in large organizations
- Very good understanding of financial processes in large organizations
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
