Are you a meticulous and structured person with an interest in law and administration? We are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to be a key player in our team. As an Administrator here, you will work closely with our lawyers, attorneys, and courts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the firm's attorneys with legal administration and document management.
• Contact courts and authorities regarding case intake and bookings.
• Ensure our processes are efficient and that our clients receive the best possible service.
• Other tasks related to the administrative function.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong administrative skills.
• Is very computer literate and has a good feel for legal document management.
• Has experience as an Administrator or a Paralegal education (meritorious).
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
