We are looking for an accountant who wants to take a central role in an organization where you work closely with both the organization and projects. You will have overall responsibility for financial processes and contribute with analysis, follow-up, and support to the operations.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure correct handling of bookkeeping and vouchers

• Handle declarations related to tax and VAT

• Work with contracts and financial agreements

• Handle year-end closing work including VAT reporting

• Follow-up and management of funding from external parties

• Work with follow-up and analysis of project finances

• Contribute to applications and financial documentation

• Handle expenses and contribute to other finance-related tasks

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a solid background in finance and thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with analysis and operationally close support.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in economics/finance

• 10 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting

• Good familiarity with working in the financial systems Rillion and Visma Administration

• Experience of reporting to management, board, and external parties such as funders and authorities

• Experience of monitoring and evaluating results related to both projects and the overall business

• Experience of conducting analyses of financial statements and projects

• Very good knowledge of Excel
