A Resource and Treatment School

Eviaskolan is a small resource school providing treatment for middle and high school students with problematic behaviors. We are already established in Stockholm, and in August, we will open our new school in central Gothenburg. Our treatment interventions are based on a learning psychological perspective, conducted both in groups and individually during the students' school day. These interventions are carried out by staff competent in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

About the Position

The school's students are youths aged 10–17 with neuropsychiatric disabilities (ADHD, ASD) and behavioral issues such as aggressive and/or defiant behaviors, as well as isolation.

As a resource person, you will support the students in their schooling by providing help and guidance during group teaching, individual teaching, breaks, excursions, and similar activities. You will assist therapists in their daily work with students' behavioral issues and skills training. You will collaborate with both teachers and therapists and be involved in various practical tasks.

About You

As a person, you are calm, stable, positive, and capable of building good relationships with students. You take initiative and responsibility, are attentive and accommodating in your interactions, and have good collaboration skills. It is an advantage if you are educated as a social pedagogue, have experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), have experience working with this target group, and have experience working in a school environment.
