Personal Assistant who inspires and activates – in Övertorneå

We are now looking for an engaged personal assistant who wants to become an important part of the user's daily life. We are looking for you who are calm and secure, but who also has the drive to activate and motivate the user to a meaningful leisure time.

About the role

The work involves providing support in all parts of daily life. In addition to personal care and pedagogical support, we place great emphasis on you helping to plan and carry out activities. You accompany the user outside the home and act as a link to an active daily life. The role also includes ordinary household chores such as cooking and cleaning in the user's home.

Working hours

The position involves work during daytime, evenings, nights, and weekends.

• Scope: According to agreement.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who spread calm but who at the same time has the ability to take initiative and activate. You have a pedagogical approach and are good at motivating in a patient way. As a person, you are solution-focused and see what needs to be done both at home and during activities.

Qualifications:

• Language: Good knowledge of Swedish.

• Personal qualities: Calm, pedagogical, active, and responsible.

• Household: You are comfortable with ordinary household chores.

• Driver's license: It is an advantage if you have a driver's license to facilitate activation outside the home.
