About the role

As a Candidate Manager, you will become a central part of our staffing operations and a key internal resource for both consulting managers, clients, and consultants. The role is varied and suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a broad scope of tasks. You will work through the entire recruitment process: from reviewing applications and conducting interviews to reference checks, advertising, and ongoing candidate communication.

In addition to recruitment, you play a significant role in our internal service. You will handle time reporting, support with payroll questions, and work with various types of personnel administration. You are also responsible for administrative tasks related to both consultants and clients, contributing to the daily office routines of a growing team.

You work independently but always in close proximity to your colleagues. We are a small team with great drive, where we support each other, develop together, and celebrate our successes.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you are a person who:

• Is motivated by creating structure and order
• Has post-secondary education from a university or college, or relevant work experience from a similar field
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the "spider in the web"
• Communicates easily and builds strong relationships
• Is self-starting, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Has strong administrative skills and enjoys a service-oriented approach
• Is confident in the Office suite and learns new systems quickly
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:

• Experience from the staffing or recruitment industry
• Experience from the transport, logistics, or production sectors
• Knowledge of Recman
