About the position

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a bright and cheerful boy living in Piteå. The position is approximately 25%, corresponding to about 2 work shifts per week. During holidays, more work may be available for those who want and wish for it, especially leading up to the summer of 2026. Your duties will include supporting daily routines, meals, and accompanying the client to and participating in various activities. Several assistive devices are available in the home.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• On weekdays 15:00-21:00,

• On weekends 10:00-17:00.

About the client

This boy loves to draw, paint, and play with his toys. He is very playful and enjoys sports, especially ice hockey. He also likes being outside and playing in the snow.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who apply for this position are a person who is sensitive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important factor is the personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

• You hold a B driver's license and have access to your own car,

• You have fluent skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

• You have experience in healthcare and social care, and specifically in working as a personal assistant.

Scope: Part-time approx. 25%, with the possibility of more work during the summer period. Number of positions: 1. Start date: According to agreement. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
